Monotype Run

The Monotype Run is a challenge designed for any Pokémon game. Within the Monotype Run you choose one of 18 Pokémon types and only use Pokémon of that type throughout the entire game.

 

Pokémon Types:

Bug – Dark – Dragon – Electric – Fairy – Fighting – Fire – Flying – Ghost – Grass – Ground – Ice – Normal – Poison – Psychic – Rock – Steel – Water

 

Monotype Death Run.

The Monotype Death Run is a variation on the Monotype Run which adds an extra layer of difficulty. Same rules apply, only when a Pokémon faints within the Death Run you have to release that particular Pokémon.
